Situated in Favariego there is the little church of St. Nicolò, which was built around the year 1000 with Roman retrieval material. Two frescoes dating back to the 14th Century abd depicting St. Nicolò and St. Cristoforo are preserved in the inside.
The first historical note which names the church corresponds to the will of Speronella Delesmanina (1192), where the noblewoman's extensive property is mentioned in the area of the little church of St. Nicolò in Favariego.
On 26th September 1309 the church was consecrated by the bishop of the diocese of Padua.
